charming stay!

clean hotel comfy bed sparking animation

i had a charmed experience. the pool area was fantastic. the bed was really comfy! i also found the hotel to be very clean. the animation team added a very welcome spark to my stay.

the staff seemed very friendly and cute. there was a shuttle bus to the tourist area.

The air conditioning did not work correctly. It alternated between hot and cold air. the bathroom was old, and the curtains looked yellowed and worn. the fridge also did not cool items well enough.

i experienced amazing service from amr and ahmed. they were so helpful and were really good. i would stay here again! the pool was very clean. the hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to a nearby beach.

mixed feelings about this stay

mildew smell constant noise

The staff generally tried to be helpful when available. They did accommodate a late checkout, which i needed.

The room smelled strongly of mildew. the air conditioning barely worked. I reported it twice, but nothing changed.

i found the staff very helpful they were willing to assist at any time the massage facility was relaxing the therapist was professional i felt completely at ease. the hotel manager amr looked after us perfectly he made us feel like home
