The staff generally tried to be helpful when available. They did accommodate a late checkout, which i needed.

The room smelled strongly of mildew. the air conditioning barely worked. I reported it twice, but nothing changed.

i found the staff very helpful they were willing to assist at any time the massage facility was relaxing the therapist was professional i felt completely at ease. the hotel manager amr looked after us perfectly he made us feel like home
